Laura E. Trotter, nee Tuorto, of Brooklyn, New York, passed away peacefully at home on December 29, 2022, on the day of her 99th birthday. Born on December 29, 1923, in Brooklyn, New York, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Elizabeth Tuorto. Laura had been married to the love of her life, the late Vincent J. Trotter, for 64 years at the time of his passing in 2011. Laura was the loving mother of Jane Bolden, Frank Trotter, motherin-law of Anne Trotter, cherished grandmother of Vincent, Anne and Edward, and great grandmother of Lucas, Lily, Julianna and Victoria. A mass of Christian burial will be offered at 9:30 am on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at St. Ephrem Roman Catholic Church, 929 Bay Ridge Pkwy., Brooklyn, NewYork.
