Josephine Agostino (née Zappardini) left this world peacefully on Thursday, June 20th after enjoying her chocolate milkshake. She is predeceased by her husband, of 55 years, Patrick. She is survived by her son Joseph, her daughter and son-in-law Christine & Kenny Asmar, her two grandchildren Matthew & Alexandra Asmar, and her soon to be granddaughter-in-law Megan Riveiro. After high school she went to work as a seamstress sewing zippers into bathing suits. She was so good at her craft that she became a sample maker so that others could duplicate her work. She was an amazing wife, mother and an even more amazing grandma. She loved to travel and spend time with all of her family. She was always there to lend a hand or ear to anyone who needed her help or advice. She was an excellent cook and had frequent requests for some of her favorite dishes including; pizza, rice balls, sausage & peppers and crumby chicken. She loved people, was always praying, smiling and singing her theme song “I Will Survive”.
