Greta Giommetti, 72 passed away on June 18th, 2022, in Iselin, New Jersey. She was the wife of Philip Giommetti and they shared 44 years together.

Born in Azusa California, she was the daughter of Doreen and Seymour Goodman. Greta graduated Sierra High School and later become a waitress and bartender. Greta lived in NYC and Brooklyn after moving from California. For the past 14 years Greta resided in New Jersey.

Greta loved her lake house, sewing, reading, going on vacations -especial her cruises with her family, road trips with Phil, sitting in the sun, entertaining, marvel movies, sending cards for every holiday and most importantly spending time with her grandchildren. Christmas was her favorite season because of all of the magic. Greta had a knack for making friends with everyone and enjoyed bringing gifts and her famous cookie tins to many!

She is survived by husband Philip, children Ashia Robu and Catherine Barbieri, son-in-law Joseph Barbieri, grandchildren Anna Barbieri and Aleaha Barbieri, sister-in-law Mary Grace Giommetti and Teresa Giommetti-Pace. She is preceded by parents Doreen and Seymour Goodman, and in-laws Anne and Anthony Giommetti.
